OpenReplay, run by Emercom, records what the page shows and how you use it: page content, clicks, scrolling and page changes. Text typed into forms is masked and passwords are never recorded. Emercom support can also watch a session live to help you; a call or screen control asks you first. If you are signed in to the dashboard, the recording carries your account email.

Chatwoot, run by Emercom, powers the support chat and sets a cookie so a conversation continues across pages.

Umami, run by Emercom, counts page views without cookies. It is on by default. You can turn it off here.
